Anyone who becomes a member with Yogobe can access the app. We warmly recommend creating a member account via yogobe.com and thus get swift access to a 14 day free trial period without entering payment card and account details. This means that your membership does not automatically convert into a paying membership. This also goes for everyone with special access-, campaign- or discount codes. Should you choose to sign up for Yogobe via App Store they will require you to add payment information in order to get access to your 14-day free trial period., although it is seamless and very easy to cancel within the trial period. If and when you decide to pay for your Yogobe subscription via either App Store or Google Play, it is important for you to know that the cost is higher in the apps, than via our website due to the costs incurred by Apple and Google. Also, in the future, should you wish to cancel a subscription entered into via the apps, this will have to be done with them. Not via the website Yogobe.com

What features are included in the Yogobe app?
An active membership gives you access to the entire video library and playlists within the Yogobe app. The offline-mode feature also gives you unlimited access to your selected videos when you are in flight-mode or out of range / no data traffic. You can always save sessions as favorites as well as create, share and save playlists. When you wish to cast videos to your TV please use Airplay or Chromecast. In the near future we will also include our challenges, programs and online courses into the app. But for now, you can access them, or marketplace and the blog via the website: yogobe.com.
Why is the subscription in the App Store / Google Play more expensive?
The app is free to download and you can become a member directly via the app. However, below we explain the benefits of entering into a subscription via the website yogobe.com compared to the app in iOS and/or Android.
Apple and Google charge us up to 30% of what you pay. Due to their share in our revenues we have to charge more from those who choose to pay via the app. Inspite of this we have merely increased our prices with 15 %. We suggest you upgrade swiftly by logging into your account via Yogobe.com and save this money.

How do I cancel my subscription?
If / when you choose to pay for Yogobe via Google Play or the App Store, you start a paying subscription with them, not with us. This means that a cancellation also needs to be done through them., via your iOS and/or Android device. If there is anything we can do for you, please do not hesitate to reach out: firstname.lastname@example.org. For subscriptions entered into and paid for using your payment card or a direct bank payment on yogobe.com, please find the Subscription page in Settings when logged in. To keep things simple while also saving money we suggest you enter into and manage your subscriptions and payments via Yogobe.com and use the Apps as something complementary. All your actions in the app are mirrored with your account via the website.
Can I change my subscription type or payment provider?
If or when you choose to change your method of payment for Yogobe from online payment via Yogobe.com to App-store / Google Play it is important that you manually cancel your ongoing subscription plan via the website and your subscription settings. Money will be pulled straight away and your access time will be extended. Recurring payment pulls will be in accordance with your chosen plan. Easy as pie!
I have a campaign-, access- or discount code. How and where do I use it?
You use / enter your code via the website Yogobe.com. Either when creating your members account or via the subscription settings page. In the app there is nowhere to enter codes at the moment. Please use the app for unlimited access to the video library, playlists and offline-mode. More features are coming! Although, all new members signing up to Yogobe always get a 14-day trial access when becoming a member. Both onsite and app.
